End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Due AI application (the "App"). The App is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App is subject to this EULA and any applicable platform terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. AI Outputs

The App may generate outputs such as expiry date estimates or recipes. These outputs are informational and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying food safety and suitability.

4. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use may also be governed by Apple’s standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
